WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from William Letham and Anita Letham, his wile,
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described hereinafter,
owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on August 4, 1977, voted
wna=J=ously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishing of
fire district classification and to prepare an ordinance to annex said parcel
of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with the provisions of Chapter 173, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn' petition from Lawrence 3. Stone and Eugenia T. Stone,
his wife, requesting this City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described
hereinafter, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida.; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Leon R. Ramsey and Olive C. Ramsey, '
his wife, snd Michael L. Ramsey and Sharon Mills Ramsey, his wife, requesting
