ORDINANCE NO, 1726
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING
LIQUORS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (9) TO RENUMBER
ZONE 19R ENACTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1629 AS ZONE
19T, WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (c) AS
DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID ZONE
CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP
29 SOU'T'H, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (11) TO ENACT. NEW
ZONE 22G WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a) (3)
AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF EAST 10 FEET OF NORTH 1/2 OF
LOT 7, NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 8 AND ALL OF LOT 9, BLOCK
B-4, MARYLAND SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
OF THIS ORDINANCE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of
Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
1962, is'hereby amended to renumber Zone 19R enacted by Ordinance No.
1629 on September 2,. 1976, as Zone 19T to read as follows:
(9) For classification Section 4-26 (c):
ZONE 19T. Consisting of uhe following described property:
Begin at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of NE 1 /4 of Section 17,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, and run thence N 0°08125T1 E,
along the 40-acre line, 294. 18 feet; thence N 89°5712411 E, 207.00
feet; thence S 45°3811311 E, 64.87 feet; thence S 0°3615611 W,
250. 0 feet to a point on the East-West centerline of said Section
17 and the centerline of S. R. 60 (Gulf to Bay Blvd.); thence
N 89 °4610111 W along said East-West centerline and said
centerline, 251.42 feet to P. O. B. ; Less S. 50 feet for road
right-of-way.
Section 2. Subparagraph (11) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zane 22G to read as follows:
(11) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (3) only:
ZONE 22G. Consisting of the following described property:
E"t 10 feet of Lot 7, North I/ Z of Lot 8 and all of. Lot 9,
Block B-4, Maryland Subdivision according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, page 25 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with
the South 50.25 feet of vacated North Pine Street.
