NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY O
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: t` 1
Section 1. That the following;

That alley between Lots 1 through 3, inclusive, and Lots 5 co y
through 11, inclusive, and Lots 12, 15, 16 and 17, Tack and °:
Warren Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as 00
recorded in Plat Book 21, page 48, and O. R. 3721, page 47,
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto, except as provided in Section 2 hereof, to the persons, firms or
corporations entitled thereto by law.
Section 2. That the City of Clearwater hereby retains an easement
for installation and maintenance of any or all public utilities, including but
not limited to water, electric, drainage and storm and sanitary sewer lines,
upon, across and under the above described real property.
