S ORDINANCE NO, 1714 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4, OF. THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR- WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUORS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (9) TO ENACT NEW ZONE 19S WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (c) AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER CAN BE SOLD, SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 20, TOWN- SHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4 o£ the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to enact new Zone 19S to read as follows: (9) For classification Section 4-26 (c): ZONE 195. Consisting of the following described property; Commence at the SW corner of Section 20, 'Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence run N 1 °26'21'° E along the West boundary line of said Section 20, also being the centerline of the 200.0 ft. right-of-way of U. S. Highway No. 19, 1165.35 feet; thence S 89 °26'50" E, 100. 01 feet for the P, O, B. ; '' thence N 1 °26'2111 E along the East right-of-way line of said U.S. Highway No. 19, 147.56 feet; thence S 89*31'47f1 E, 91.69 feet; thence N 0°28'13" E, 30.0 feet to a point of curvature; thence along an arc to the right of 95.82 feet, with a radius of 141. 99 feet, subtended by a chord of 94. O1 feet, chord bearing of S 70°11'47" E to a point of tangency; thence S 50°51'47" E, 54. 18 feet to a point of curvature; thence along an arc to the left of 131.60 feet, with a radius of 195. 0 feet, subtended by a chord of 129. 11 feet, chord bearing o€ S 70°11'47" E to a point of tangency; thence S 69°31147" E, 79. 16 feet; thence S I°26121" W, 70.44 feet; thence N 89°26150" W, 425.0 feet to the P. O. B. Section 2.
