AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING
LIQUORS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (8) TO ENACT
NEW ZONE 18C WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a)
(1) AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 10, TOWN-
SHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINEL,LAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NO'T'ICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (8) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 18C to read as follows:
(8) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (1) only:
ZONE 18C. Consisting of the following described property:
Start at the NE corner of the 5W 1/4 of Section 10, Township
29 South, Range 15 East and run N 89 °2910011 W, 700. 19 feet;
thence run S 08°3811911 W, 341.. 19 feet to the P. 0. B.; thence
run S 08 °3811911 W, 86 feet M. O. L. to a point; thence along a
curve to the left having a radius of 184 feet, an arc of 359. 67
feet and a chord bearing of S 47 02114111 E, 305.08 feet; thence
run N 76 03811911 E, 86 feet M. O. L.; thence run N 13'21.14111
W, 96 feet M. O. L., thence run S 76 03811911 W, 86 feet M. O. L.;
thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 88 feet, an
arc of 172. 02 felt, and a chord bearing of N 47 °211411} W,
145. 91 feet; thence run N 081,3811911 E, 86 feet M. O. L.; thence
run N 81 °2114111 W, 96 feet M. O. L. to the P. O. B.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
