WHEREAS, on June 2, 1977, the City Commission of the City of w sy?
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain
proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the
zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of
all evidence presented at the said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: [y"

Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, 17aY
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas
of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197711, as amended, is amended to k40.'
indicate that fact as hereinafter set out;
Zoned as RS-50 - Single Family Residential District
That portion of Lot 443, Morningside Estates, Unit 6A, as
recorded in Plat Book 63, page 45 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, lying within property previously
platted as Lot 28 in the NE 1 /4 of Section 19, Township 29
South, Range 16 East of Pinellas Groves, according to the
map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with
abutting streets, and Lots 467, 468, 469 and that portion of
Lot 466 , Morningside Estates, Unit 6A, as recorded in Plat
Book 63, page 45 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and Lots 470 through and including Lot 477, Lots 515,
,536, 537, and those portions of Lots 478, 514, 535 and k38,

page 82 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,

Section Z._ All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed,
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 4. Any person, or persons, firm or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or imprisoned in Jail for not
exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion
of the Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute
a separate offense.

Section on 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 7. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
