AN ORDINANCE O THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,'
AMENDING SECTION 13-16, SCHEDULE OF FEES, OF ARTICLE
I, GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS, OF CHAPTER
13, LICENSES AND REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1962,
TO REPEAL REFERENCE TO EACH INSURANCE COMPANY
PLACED IN CITY BY LOCAL AGENT OR TRAVELING
REPRESENTATIVE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR FAILURE
TO COMPLY HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES fN CONFLICT
HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS
HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 13-16, Schedule of Fees, of Article I, General
and Miscellaneous Provisions, of Chapter 13, Licenses and Regulations, of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1462, itt hereby
amended to amend Category (104) to read as follows:

fail to comply with the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject, upon
conviction to a fine not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),
or imprisonment for not exce.:d;ng sixty (60) day*s, or by both such fine and
imprisonment in the discretion of the Judge. Each day any violation of the
provisions of this ordinance shall continue shall constitute a separates offense.
Section I, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 5. k1otice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
1 its passage.
