WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,

described hereinafter, owned by it, into the corporate limits of the City of

WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said

unanimously, to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to

Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official maps.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
