THIS ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, on March 17, 1977, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property
annexed into the City of Clearwater in accordance with procedure as
established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for
establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by
the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the
said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas
of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197711, as amended, is amended to
indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
Zoned as PS - Professional Services District t W
A parcel of land lying in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 1 T
23, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, being further described .? '
as follows: Begin at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 t 4=
of said Section 23, and run S 89° 14157" E, along the centerline of s•"
Belleair Road, said centerline being the South line of said Section
23, 49.07 feet; thence N 00°4510311 E, 50. 00 feet to the North
right-of-way line of Belleair Road and the P, O. B. ; thence
N 00° 1912611 W, along the East right-of-way line of Highland
Avenue, 192. 03 feet; thence S 89° 14157" E, x00. 00 feet; thence

are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.

part declared to be invalid.

terms or provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction be fined not a41 R
exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars 500.00 or imprisoned in Jail "???? k: '
for not exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in
the discretion of the Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist
shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 7. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
