BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Section 1. Section 13-64, Minors Prohibited from Playing Certain
,Machines, of Article III, Coin-operated Amusement Devices, of Chapter 13,

' Licensee and Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, ,f

i Florida, 1962, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith r;
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed, specifically Ordinance
No. 824, which was passed by the City Commission on July 13, 1959.
Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has j
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter W. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
