+ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF 1
{ CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (3) of Section 4- 18 of Article I of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended by repealing Zone 12L in its entirety.
Section 2. Subparagraph (10) of Section 4- 18 of Article I of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact a new Zone 20 to read as follows:
(10) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (4) and
Section 4-26 (b):
ZONE 20. Consisting of the following described property:
Begin at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
2, Township 29 South, Range 15 East run thence N 89°2914211 W
along the East-West centerline of said Section 2, 500. 00 feet;
thence S 00°0714211 E, 50. 0 feet for a POB; thence continue
S 00°07'42" E, 167. 63; thence N 89°2611511 W along the North
line of Lots l2, 13 and 14, Brentwood Estates (Plat Book 59,
page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida), 100.0
feet; thence N 00°07142" W, 167.53 feet; thence S 89°29342" E
along the South right-of-way line of Sunset Point Road, 100. 0

To renumber Zone 22B enacted by Ordinance No. 1640
I on December 9, 1976, as Zone 22E to read as follows:
ZONE 22E. Consisting of the following described property:".
Begin at intersection of North side of Eldridge Street and East
side of Seaboard Coast Line Railroad right-of-way, run East
on Eldridge Street 64 feet, North parallel with Railroad right-
of-way 77 feet, West 64 feet, South along right-of-way 77 feet }k Y4?3
to P. O. B. in Section 9, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida. s 9kt
To renumber Zone ZZC as enacted by Ordinance No. 1647
on December 16, 1976, as Zone ZZF to read as follows:
ZONE 22F. Consisting of the following described property:
Lot 39, First Addition to Enghurst Subdivision, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page
23 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
