COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF r,
PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (2) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact a new zone IID to read as follows.
(2) For classification Sections 4-26 (a) (1), (Z), (3), (4) only:
ZONE 11D. Consisting of the following described property:
Begin 359. 51 feet North and 111.47 feet East of SW corner
of NW 1/4 of Section 5, Township 29 South, Range 16 East;
thence run N 13°57'27" W, 44. 36 feet, North 74.49 feet,
East 150 feet, North 190 feet, East 423. 19 feet, South
407. 94 feet, West 562.48 feet to P. O. B.
Section Z. Subparagraph (3) of Section 4-18 of Article I of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended by repealing Zone 12H in its entirety.
Section 3. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article I of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact a new Zone 19R to read as follows:

feet; thence S 45°38113" E, 64.87 feet; thence S 0°361561, W,
Z50. 0 feet to a point on the East-West centerline of said Section
17 and the centerline of S. R. 60 (Gulf to Bay Blvd. ); thence
N 89°46'01" W along said East-West centerline and said
centerline, 251. 42 feet to P. O. B. ; Less S. 50 feet for road
right-of-way.
Section 4. Subparagraph (11) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zones 22B and 22C to read as follows:
(I1) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (3) only:
ZONE 22B. Consisting of the following described property;
Lot 2, Block C, Skycrest Unit # 1, according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, page 165 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ZONE 22C. Consisting of the following described property:
Beginning at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
1 Section 2, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, running thence
1 N 89°29142' W, along the East-West centerline of said
Section 2, 50.0 feet; thence S 00°07'42" E, along the Westerly
right-of-way line of Highland Avenue, 500. 00 feet for a P. O. B. ;
thence continuing S 00°07142" E, 150. 00 feet; thence N 89°Z4'
'4211 W, 170.02 feet; thence N 00°0714211 along the East line of
Lots •3, 4, 5 and 6 of Brentwood Estates, as recorded in Plat
Book 59, page 28 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, 150. 0 feet; thence S 89°29'42", 170.02 feet to P. O. B.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
