BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATERi FLORIDA:

Section 1. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4•-18 of Article I of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact a new Zone 19R to read as follows:
(9) For classification Section 4-'26 (c):
ZONE 19R. Consisting of the following described property:
Begin 50 feet North and 930 feet West of the Southeast Corner
of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, for the P. 0. B. ; run thence North 180 feet;
thence West 136 feet; thence South 180 feet; thence East 136
feet to the P. O. B.
Section Z. Notice of the proposed enactment of this Ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3, This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
