WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Albert C. VanHulle and Vera P. VanHulle,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described
hereinafter, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Edward S. Aronoff and Linda Aronoff,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described
hereinafter, ov;ned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, ;t a regular meeting held on September 18, 1975,
voted unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
• in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 171, Florida Statutes;_ and
WHEREAS, on November 6, 1975, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;

NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT ORDAINED DY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF T13E CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Chapter 171. 044,
Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to
include the following described parcels of real property in Pinellas County,
Florida, and establishes zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 13 in Block "B" of Citrus Heights Manor according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41,
page 33 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above described property is hereby zoned "RS-60"
(Single Family Residential District) and designated Fire
District No. Z.
AND
Lot 4, Lake Lela Manor First Addition, according to
the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, page
7 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above described property is hereby zoned "RS-100"
(Single I'amily Residential District) and designated Fire
District No. Z.
Section _ The City Commission hereby formally and according to
law, accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places,
rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been
made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 3. The City Engineer, the City, Clerk and the Planning
Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official
zoning atlas and other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the
foregoing property and the zoning and fire district classifications therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance and notice of the proposed enactment of
same has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes and Chapter 171.044,
Florida Statutes.

its , assaga and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book and
a cony thereof being filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Pinellas County, Florida. In accordance with Chapter 171. 091 and Chapter
171.044, Florida Statutea, a certified copy shall be filed with the Department
of State of the State of Florida.
