DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID ZONE
CONSISTING OF LOTS 9 AND 10, SUNBURST COURT
SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (11) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact a new Zone ZIA to read as follows:
(11) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (3) only:
ZONE ZIA. Consisting of the following described property;
Lots 9 and 10, Sunburst Court Subdivision, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13,
page 46 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this Ordinance has
