BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (2) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter INk .W-1 AT l
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended by amending Zone 7 to read as follows:
(2) For classification Sections 4-26 (a) (1), (2), (3) and (4) only:
ZONE 7. On Garden Avenue, from Drew Street to Eldridge
Street.
and by repealing Zone 11B in its entirety.
Section 2. Subparagraph (3) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby
amended by repealing Zone 13L in its entirety.

Section 3. Subparagraph (6) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4

amended by repealing Zone 16B in its entirety.
Section 4. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby
amended to add thereto Zone 19P to read as follows:
(9) For classification Section 4-Z6 (c):
ZONE 19P: Consisting of the following described property:
Commencing at the most Northerly corner of Lot 15, Woodgate
of Countryside, Unit One, as recorded in Plat Book 70, pages
13 and 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence
run by a curve to the right, radius 184:0 feet, arc 181. 68 feet,
chord N 41°47'54" E, 181.60 feet, along the Southeasterly
right-of-way line of Countryside Boulevard to a point of tangency;
continue thence along said Southeasterly right-of-way line
