WHEREAS, on March 17, 1975, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public }fearing on certain

WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the
zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all
evidence presented at the said public hearings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and 'The Zoning Atlas

AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, 1974, AS AMENDED, BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING :, •°-s ?;=:>

to Courtney Campbell Causeway in Section 9 to 16, inclusive,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Z. Waters lying in Tampa Bay within the City Limits of the City
of Clearwater between Courtney- Campbell Causeway and the
South Clearwater City Limits in Sections 13 through 17 and 20,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
3, The waters of the Gulf of Mexico and. Clearwater Harbor around
Sand Key lying within the City Limits of the City of Clearwater
in Sections 17, 18, 19, 20 and 30, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
4. Waters lying in Clearwater Harbor between the Mainland
South Clearwater City Limit Line and the Memorial Causeway
in Sections 21 and 16, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 4. Any person, or persons, firm or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, be
fined not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or imprisonment
in the City Jail for not exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and
imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each day that a
violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
