said parcel of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on February 17, 1975, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City Com-
mission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the
Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and
establishes zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 20, Block 17, HIGHLAND PINES THIRD AD-
DITION, according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 71 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, to-
gether with all abutting streets.
The above-described property is hereby zoned 'IRS-5011
(Single Family Residential District) and designated Fire
District No. 2.
AND
Lotueven (7), Block "E", EAST WOOD TERRACE,
SECOND ADDITION, according to Map or Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 49, Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above-described property is hereby zoned "RSU75"
(Single Family Residential District) and designated Fire
District No. 2.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according to
law, accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places,
rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been
made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 3. The City. Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning
Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official

upon its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book
and a certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of

received a sworn petition from Jerry E. Hero requesting the City to annex
a certain parcel of real estate described hereinafter, owned by him, into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and

request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on December 16, 1974,
voted unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment.

Clearwater in accordance with the provisions of Section 6(d) of the Muni-
