WHEREAS, Chapter 34. 192, Florida Statutes, provides for the pro-
cedure to be followed in the abolition of municipal courts; and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater on December 9, 1974, passed and adopted Resolution No. 74-148, T
giving official notice of its intention to adopt an ordinance abolishing its
municipal court as of October 1, 1975, and a certified copy of said Resolution
was transmitted forthwith to the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in
compliance with Chapter 34. 192, sub-section. (3), Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial. Circuit has not certified
to the City of Clearwater or to the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court,
within sixty (60) days from said certification of intention by the City of Clearwater
to adopt an ordinance abolishing its Municipal Court as of October 1,1975,, that

5. A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be furnished to the Chief
Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida within ten (10) days after passage
and adoption hereof and certified copies of this Ordinance shall also be
