•; ¦: (7) ORDINANCE NO. 1537 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOT 16, KNIGHT'S ACRES, PINELLAS COUNTY, -- FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND THE LAWS OF FLORIDA; AFTER PROPER PUBLIC NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, ESTAB- LISHING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE FIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, received a sworn petition from George Lee Fish and Gladys J. Fish, his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described hereinafter, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on August 26, 1974, voted unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said parcel of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and WHEREAS, on October 7, 1974 the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the deter- mination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications for said real property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described parcel of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and establishes zoning and fire district classifications therefor: Lot 16, KNIGHTS ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all abutting streets. The above-described property is hereby zoned 'IRS-6011 (Single Family Residential District) and designated Fire District No. Z. Section Z. The City Commission hereby formally and according to law, accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed. Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning atlas and other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the foregoing property and the zoning and fire district classifications therefor. Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this Ordinance has l been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Chapter 166. 041, Florida Statutes, Section 5.
