NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions' of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and
establishes zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
The West 1/2 of the East I/Z of the Northwest 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, less the South
126.00 feet, all in Section 1Z, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
The above-described property is hereby zoned'MI11 (Light
Manufacturing District) and designated Fire District No. 1.
