WHEREAS, the City Comi-nission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Arnold A. Schultz and Annie Louise Schultz,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described
hereinafter, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, ;'je City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from H. D. Holt and Hilda B. Holt, his wife,
requesting Clio City t) annex a certain parcel of real estate described herein-

WHEREAS. on November 19, 1973 the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, hold a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property,,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section.6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and
establishes zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lots 4 through 14, inclusive, and Lots 16 and 17, Spring
Lake Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 27, Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, together with all abutting
streets, and together with appurtenant wt_-er lots 5A, 6A, 7A'9 8A, 10A
and l IA of said Spring Lake Estates. .
The above-described property is hereby zoned "RS-6011
(Single Family Residential District) and d'.signated
Fire District No. 2.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby f :ormally and according to
law, accepts the dedication of all easements, str Sets, parks, plazas, places,
rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been
made by plat, deed or user within the areas so az:nexed.
Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning
Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official
zoning atlas and other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater
the foregoing property and the zoning and fire district classifications therefor.
Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this Ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Chaptor 166.041, Florida Statutes.

Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according to
law, accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places,
rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been
made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning
Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official
zoning atlas and other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater
