WHEREAS) the City Coirimission of the City'of Clearwater, Florrida,,
received a sworn petition from Joseph W. McGoldrick, a single man,
requesting the City'to annex a certain parcel of real estate described
hereinafter, o-%,mcd by him, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and

WI-M, REAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on February 5, 1973, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to
annex said parcel of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater in accordance with the provision-, of Section G (d) of the
Municipal Charter of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and

made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section-3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning
, Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official
