111 HEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Roy M. Henderson and Evelyn C. Henderson,
his wife, and Lynn L. Bortlcs and Barbara W. Dortles, his wife,'and Harold
R. Ames, a single man, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real
estate described hereinafter, owned by them, into Pie corporate limits of the
City of Clearwatci i Florida; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on June 18, 1973, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to *annex
said parcel of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section b (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1973, the City Coinirission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDAs

according to the male or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
41, page 9 of the Ptiblic Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with abutting right-of-way of 'Belcher Road.
The above described property is hereby zoned IIPS" (Professional
Services District) and designated Fire District No. 2.
Section Z. The City Comfnission hereby formally and according to
law. mccepts the dedication of all easement, streets, parks, plazas, places,.
righl.rs.¦of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been
xnad* by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed. ,
Section 3. The City Engifiaer,• the Citv Clerk and the Planning Director '
are directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning atlas and
other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
property and the zoning and fire district classifications therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book and a
