AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING LOTS 6 AND 7, PINELLAS GROVES, IN SOUTHEAST
114 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST;
PORTION OF SECTION B, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16
EAST; LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK B, CLEARWATER HIGHLANDS
UNIT A, AND LOT 12, BLOCK B, CLEARWATER HIGHLANDS
UNIT B; AND LOT 27, TERRA ALTO ESTATES, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING
STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE
BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDI-
TIONS, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARTER
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND THE LAWS
OF FLORIDA, AFTER PROPER PUBLIC NOTICE AND PUBLIC
HEARING THEREON, ESTABLISHING THE ZONING USE
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE FIRE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTY AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Royal Crown Construction, Inc. and Bruno
Heise and Marieanne Heise, his wife, requesting the City to annex a
certain parcel of real estate described hereinafter, owned by them, into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on May 21, 1973, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of.
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to.
annex said parcel of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the
Municipal Charter of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on July 5, 1973 the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the deter-
mination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications for said
real property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from the City of Clearwater requesting the City
to annex a certain parcel of real estate described hereinafter, owned by it,

received a sworn petition from Fred Martin and Doris W. Martin, his wife,
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described herein-
after, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on July 5, 1973, voted
unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials to A
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to }
annex said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of - `.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
Section
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by tho authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater. Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and
establishes zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lots 6 and 7, in the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, according to the plat of "A portion of Pinellas
Groves, Inc. property, 11 etc. recorded in Plat Book 3, page 15,
public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all
abutting streets.
The above-described property is hereby zoned "RPD'f (Residential
Planned Development) and designated Fire District No. 2.
AND
Start at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northwest 1 /4 of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range • 16
East, and run North along said 40-acre line, 211.63 feet
for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 1, 043, 0 feet;
thence run East 320 feet along the South line of Lot 16, Block
11, Virginia Groves Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 47,
pages 41 through 43 of Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and its Easterly extension; thence run South 1, 035
feet more or less to a point 60 feet North of the North line
of Seaboard Coastline Railroad; thence run Easterly 60 feet
North of and parallel to said North line of Seaboard Coastline
Railroad to West line of Wood Valley Subdivision, Unit 2, as
recorded in.Plat Book 68, Page 45, of public records of
Pinellas County, Florida; thence South along said West line
of Wood Valley to aforesaid North line of Seaboard Coastline
Railroad; thence Westerly along said North line to Point of
Beginning, together with all abutting streets.
The above-described property is hereby zoned "P" (Public
Land District) and designated Fire District No. Z.
AND
Lots 3 and 4, Block "B", Clearwater Highlands, Unit "A",
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
28, Page 95, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, to-
gether with all abutting streets;
AND
Lot 1Z, Block "B", Clearwater Highlands, Unit "B", according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 29,
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all
abutting streets.

The above-described property is hereby zoned ''RS-50"

AND
Lot Twenty-seven (27) of Terra Alto Estates; according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 5
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together
with all abutting streets.
The above-described property is hereby zoned "RS-50"
(Single-Family Residential District) and designated
Fire District No. 2.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according to
law accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places,
rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been
made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning Director
are directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning atlas and
other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
property and the zoning and fire district classifications therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book and a
certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Pinellas County, Florida.

and redefines, the boundary lines of said City so afi to include the following "a% }
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and
establishes zoning and fire district classificationp therefor:
Lots 6 and 7, in the SF 1 /4 of Section 12, 't'ownship 29 South,
Range 15 East, according to the plat of "A portion: of Pinellas
Groves, Inc. property, " etc. recorded in Plat Book 3, page 15,
public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all
abutting streets.
The above-described property is hereby zoned "RPD" (Residential
Planned Development) and designated Fire Di,trict No. 2.
AND
Start at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 114 of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, and run North along said:40-acre line, 211.63 feet
for a Point of Beginning; thence contin-ie North 1, 043. 0 feet;
thence run East 320 feet along the South line of Lot 16, Block
