BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 13-16, Schedule of Fees, of Article 1 of Chapter
13, pertaining to Licenses and Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended by amending
Category (12) thereof and by adding thereto a new Category (164. 4 to read
as follows :
(12) Ambulance Service (See Note A) ------------ $ 25.00
(164.1) Sightseeing Tour Service (See Mote A) ------ $100.00
Section 2. Any person, organization, society, association or
corporation, or any agent or representative thereof, who shall violate the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject, upon conviction in the Municipal
Court,to a fine not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) or
imprisonment in the City Jail for not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.

Section 4. Should any part or provision of this Ordinance be declared
by a court-of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
?`. the validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the .
part declared to be invalid.
