a ?f ORDINANCE NO. 1160 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOT 12, IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS GROVES SUBDIVISION, AND LOT 29, CRYSTAL HEIGHTS, UNIT 1, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITIONS, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND THE LAWS OF FLORIDA, AFTER PROPER PUBLIC NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, ESTABLISHING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE FIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTY AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, received a sworn petition from Earl W. Harris and Margaret M. Harris, his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described hereinafter, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, also received a sworn petition from Howard L. MacDonald and Donald L. Smith requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate described herein- after, owned by them., into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on April 2, 1973, voted unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classi- fications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and WHEREAS, on May 21, 1973 the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the deter- urination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications for said nrd:' 1?+so s iS'.. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and establishes zoning and fire district classifications therefor: Lot 12, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the North 290 feet, together with all abutting streets. The above-described property is hereby zoned "PS" (Professional Services District) and designated Fire District No. Z. AND The North 290 feet of Lot 12, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all abutting streets. The above-described property is hereby zoned "RS-200" (Single Family Residential District) and designated Fire District No, 2. AND Lot Twenty-nine (Z9), Unit One (1). of Crystal Heights Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 64, Pinellas County Public Records. The above-described property is hereby zoned "RS-60" (Single Family Residential District) and designated Fire District No. 2. Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according to law accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
