WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clear%vat'er, Florida,
received a sworn petition from David Bilgore & Company, Inc. requesting the
City to annex certain parcel3 of real estate described hereinafter, owned by
it, 'into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on September .18, 1972,
voted unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section G (d) of the Municipal Charter of
the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WIiEREAS, on February 5, 1973 the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the deter-

Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according to
law accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places,
right-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been
made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning
Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official
zoning atlas and other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater
the foregoing property and the zoning and fire district classifications therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book and a
certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Pinellas County, Florida.
