petition from a majority of the property owners in Blocks F and G, Floridena , z
Subdivision, Pinellas County, Florida, requesting the annexation of said
Blocks together with all abutting streets, into the corporate limits of the City
of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice, there was a public hearing held
before the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Clearwater on October 3,
1972, and a public hearing held before the City Commiss ion of the City of
Clearwater on October 16, 1972, to determine and establish the zoning use
district and fire district classifications for said property; and

WHEREAS, on June 14, 1972, the City of Clearwater received a
petition from a majority of the property owners of Sbadowlawn Subdivision,
Pinellas County, Florida, requesting the annexation of said subdivision
together with all abutting streets, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1972, the City of Clearwater received a
petition from a majority of the property owners in Blocks F and G, Floridena
Subdivision, Pinellas County, Florida, requesting the annexation of said
Blocks together with all abutting streets, into the corporate limits of the City
of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice, there was a public hearing held
before the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Clearwater on October 3,
1972, and a public hearing held before the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater on October 16, 1972, to determine and establish the zoning use
district and fire district classifications for said property; and
