LOT 8, DEL ORO GARDENS SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,

PUBLIC NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, ESTABLISH-
ING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE
FIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTY; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE FATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Henry Phillips Constantine, Thomas Joseph
Constantine and Frank M. George, Jr. , Trustees of the Constantine Farms
Liquidating Trust, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of -real estate
hereinafter described, owned by them., into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
-request for annexation, at a regulars meeting held on:, May 8, 1972, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to set
o up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning

voted unanimously -to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials

Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according to
law accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places,
right of way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been
made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning Director
are directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning map and
other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
property and the zoning and fire district classifications therefor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book and a certified
