PASSAGE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has determined that an oascment
is required for the storm drainage system in Section 17, 't'ownship 29 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; and

WHEREAS, the Commission has been unable to acquire nald storm
drainage easement; and ?i
WHEREAS, the City's only means of completing said project is by
acquisition of said easement for said necessary storm drainage purposes,'
by means of condemnation proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
1. That the appropriate officials of the City of Clearwater are hereby
instructed and directed to obtain all necessary surveys and execute all neces- h ' 4 `n
sary instruments, documents, checks for payment of money, bonds, pleadings
5 j, n
and other papers which are incidental and necossary to the institution of con-
demnation proceedings to acquire a permanent easement from Joseph W.
McGoldrick, 5719 St. Charles Road, Berkeley, Illinois, which said permanent
easement is described as follows:
A fifteen (151) foot wide drainage easement over the West
15 feet of the East 115 fact of the West 830.0 foot of the
North 998.5 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
Also a fifteen (151) foot wide drainage easement over the
South 15.0 feet of the North 998.5 foot of the West 185.0
feet of the East 300.0 feet of the West 830.0 feet of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township
29 South, Range 16 East.
