Kunnen, Jr. requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate herein-
after described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on June 26, 1972, voted
unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of
the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1972, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the deter-
mination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications for said
real property; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at proper
public hearings, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, b`y the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,

WHEREAS, the City Conimissi.on of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from 'T'aylor G. 13inghain-ti and Nell Bingham, his
wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate lit-nits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Daniel G. McMullen, Jr. and Frank C.
Kunnen, Jr. requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate herein-
after described, owned by them, into the corporate lunits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
WI-M- REAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
requests for annexations at a regular meeting held on June 26, 1972, voted
.unanimously to accept said requct.ts and authorized,the -proper: officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of
the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1972, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the deter-
mination and establislment of zoning and fire district classifications for said
real property; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at proper
public hearings, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
