hereinafter described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received sworn petition from Merrett R. Stierheim, City Manager of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel
of real estate hereinafter described, owned by it, into the corporate limits of
the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Florill Corporation and Danny J. Fivecoat
and Ila L. Fivecoat, his wife, requesting the City to annex certain parcels
of real estate hereinafter described, owned by them, into the corporate limits
of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
