Homes of Greenbriar, hic, we. questing the City to annex certain pnrcela of real estate hereinafter described, owned by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, also received a sworn petition from Carl E.
