AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SUB-PARAGRAPH (3) OF
SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 19620 RELATING TO
INTOXICATING LIQUORS, TO ENACT A NEW ZONE
12F WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a)i (4)?
AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER CAN BE SOLD,
SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF LOT 1, BLOCK 12,
PINE CREST SUBDIVISION, AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Sub -Paragraph (3), of Section 4- IS of Article 1 of
Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
1962, is hereby amended to add thereto Zone 12F to read as follows:
(3)- For classification Section 4-z6 (a) (4r only:
ZONE 12F: Consisting of the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 12, Pine Crest Subdivision, accord-
ing to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 66 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
