WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Better Builders Custom Homes, Inc. requesting
the City to annex certain parcels of real estate hereinafter described, owned by
it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after due consideration of said request
for annexation, at a regular meeting held on February 21, 1972, voted unanimously
to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to set up a public
hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning and fire
district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said parcels of
real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of
Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on April 17, 1972, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the M NU-1
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications for
said real property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Justin J. Sands and Florence L. Sands, his

also received a sworn petition from Charles W. Rader and Teresa L. Rader,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after due consideration of said requests
for annexation, at a regular meeting held on March 20, 1972, voted unanimously

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 'l. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the
Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and establishes
zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lots Z1, Z3, Z6, 28 and 38 of Terra Alto Estates
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 45, page 5 of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and
that portion of Sandy Lane right of way lying South of
Lots 25, 26, Z7 and Z8 of said Terra Alto Estates
Subdivision,

(Single Family Residential District) and designated as
Fire District No, 2.
AND

of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together
with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "RS-50"
(Single Family Residential District) and designated as
Fire District No. Z.
