WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Harold R. Eder and Mildred K. Eder, his wife,
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described,
owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after due consideration of said request
for annexation, at a regular meeting held on February 21, 1972, voted unanimously
to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to set up a public
hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning and fire
district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said parcel of
real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of
Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on March 20, 1972, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications for
said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the

Municipal Cla rter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits 'of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary linos of said City so as to include the following
described parcel of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and establishes
zoning and fire district classifications therefor;
Lot 22, Block F, Sunny Park Groves Subdivision, according
to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, page 2,
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,, together
with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "RS-50;'
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according
to law accepts. the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas,
places, rights of way and other dedications to thepublic which have heretofore
been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning Director
are directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning map and
other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
property and the zoning and fire district classifications therefor.
Section* 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book
• and a certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
t the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Harold R. Eder and Mildred K. Eder, his wife,
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described,
owned by there, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florrida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after due consideration of said request
for annexation, at a regular meeting held on February ZI, 1972, voted unanimously Y'
to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to set up a public , c 4t + t
hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning and fire
district classifications and to prepare an ordinaixce to annex said parcel of
real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater in accordance
