AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOTS 107 AND 108, SKYLINE
GROVES SUBDIVISION, LOTS i AND 2, BLOCK C,
SALLS SUBDIVISION, A PORTION OF SECTION 24,
.....,,,....? ?,..?, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, A PORTION
OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST,
AND A PORTION OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH,
RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES
OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITIONS, ACCORDING
TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY

THEREON, ESTABLISHING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE FIRE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Alvin Colo and Ruth H. Colo, his wife, requesting
the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Clarence G. Shannon and Ethel V. Shannon,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Chessley F. Hooper and Joyce J. Hooper,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received sworn petitions from the City Manager, Merrett R. Stierheim,
of the City of Clearwater requesting the City to annex certain parcels of real
estate hereinafter described, owned by it, into the corporate limits of the City
of Clearwater, Florida; and

Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at proper :.

Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the
Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida
