Section 1. Section 13-0, Schedule of Fees, of Chapter 13, Licenses
and Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater,
,Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to enact the following new category:
(41A) . BOATS, Charter, party and sightseeing.
Passenger carrying capacity:
1 - 6 passengers $15.00
7 15 passengers 20.00
16 - 25 passengers 25.00
26 - 50 passengers 30.00
51 - 100 passengers 35.00
Over 100 passengers 40.00
Operator of any such boat operated or docked
within the City limits shall process application
for license through the Harbormaster of the
City of Clearwater.
Section 2. Any person, organization, society, association or cor-
poration, or any agent or representative thereof, who shall violate
the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject, upon conviction
in the Municipal Court, to a fine not exceeding the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars $500.00), or imprisonment in the City Jail for
not exceeding sixty (60) days, or byboth such fine and imprisonment
in the discretion of the Municipal Sudge.
