WHEREAS
on November 9
1970
the City Commission of the Cit

of Clearwater, Florida, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on
certain proposed changes to the zoning map of the City of Clearwater in
accordance with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, on December 6, 1971, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, Florida, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on
certain other proposed changes to the zoning map of the City of Clearwater in
accordance with procedure as established and certain items were continued
until December 16, 1971, and thereupon completed; and
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1971, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, Florida, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on
certain other proposed changes to the zoning map of the City of Clearwater in
accordance with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning map were
approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented
at the said public hearings and the continuation thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1, The following described properties in Clearwater, Florida,
are hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated and "The Zoning
Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197111, as amended, is amended
to indicate that fact as herein set out:

Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part
declared to be invalid.

Section'tC Any person or persons, firm or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the torms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, be
fined not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or imprisonment
in the City Jail for not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and im-
prisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each day that a violation
is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 5. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning map of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 6.' The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect,
immediately upon its passage.
