ORDINANCE NO. 1353
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1971, AS
AMENDED, BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTIES AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; BY REPEALING
ANY ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY
OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; BY PROVIDING'
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE'DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.

WHEREAS, on November 15, 1971, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain
proposed changes to the zoning map of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning map were
approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented
at the public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described properties in Clearwater,
Florida, are hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated and
"The Zoning Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 197111, as amended,
is amended to indicate that fact as herein set out:
(A) Zoned as PRS Professional and Related Services
Lot 20, Block "All of Breeze Hill Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 13, page 66 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
? B) Zoned as MH - Mobile Home Park
That part of Government Lots 3 and 4 in Fractional Section
20, Township 29 South, Range 16 East described as:
Commence at the SW corner of Fractional Section 20,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, said corner also being
the SW corner of Government Lot 4; thence go N 01.26121'1
E 1165.35 feet along the West line of said Section 20, also
being the West line of Government Lot 4 and the centerline
of U.S. Highway 19; thence S 89° 26150" E 525.01 feet to
the P. O. B. ; thence N 01 ° 2612111 E 850. 10 feet; thence

Section 5. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out and
show upon the official zoning map of the City of Clearwater the foregoing amend-
ments as hereinabove set out.

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
to the extent of such conflict are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 4. Any person or persons, firm or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court,
be fined not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or imprison-
ment in the City Jail for not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each day that a
