WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, c ;
received a sworn petition from F. C. F. , Inc. requesting the City to annex
a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by it, into the
corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on May 3, 1971, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to set
up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning
and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said parcel
of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with the provisions of Section b (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of
Clearwater and the Laws of Florida, and
WHEREAS, on June 7, 1971, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property; and

received a sworn petition from Charles O. Updyke and Marjorie L. Updyke,
Me wife, and Robert P. Hilleboe and Lorraine S. Hilleboe, his wife, requesting
the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Christina D. Sparling, a widow, requesting , '• J - '

by her, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and c' '' ?w;`: ' •'
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Lee A. Juillerat and Virginia Juillerat,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate herein-
after described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on May 17, 1971, voted
unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials to set
up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning
and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said parcels
of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of
Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on rune 21, 1971, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a
proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida., and
establishes zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
The East 150 feet of the West 633 feet of the North 183
feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County,
Florida, together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "B"
(Business) and designated as Fire District No. 1.
AND
Lots 22 through 34, inclusive, Oakland Heights Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 38 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-4A"
(Multi-Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
AND
The NE 1/4 of Lot 7, Mosell Acres, according to map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, page 70 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being further
described as the Northeasterly 100 feet of Northwesterly
416.82 feet of Lot 7, of Mosell Acres Subdivision in Section
12, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, according to plat
recorded in Plat Book 24, page 70 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly described as:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 7 and run
thence Southeasterly along its Northeasterly boundary 416.82
feet; thence Southwesterly parallel to the Northwesterly boundary
of said Lot 7 a distance of 100 feet; thence Northwesterly parallel
to its Northeasterly boundary a distance of 416. 82 feet to the
Northwesterly boundary of said Lot; thence Northeasterly along
said boundary 100 feet to P. O. B., together with all abutting

and redefines the boundary lines of said City no an to include ilia following

The East 150 feet of the West 633 feet of the North 183
feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
19, Township 29 South, Mange 16 East, Pinellas County,
Florida, together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "B"
(Business and designated as Fire District No. 1.
AND
Lots 22 through 34, inclusive, Oakland Heights ,}Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 38 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with all abutting; streets.
