AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE I
OF CHAPTER 4 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING
TO INTOXICATING LIQUORS, BY REPEALING ZONE 12F
OF SUB-PARAGRAPH (1); BY AMENDING SUB-PARAGRAPH
(4) TO ENACT A NEW ZONE 14B WHERE CLASSIFICATION
SECTION 4-26 (b) AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER CAN
BE SOLD, SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3,
BLOCK A, DREW HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION; BY AMENDING
SUB-PARAGRAPH (9) TO ENACT A NEW ZONE 193 WHERE
CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (c)' AS DESCRIBED IN THIS
CHAPTER CAN BE SOLD, SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF A
PORTION OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE
15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; BY AMENDING

SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 2, OVERBROOK SUBDIVISION, AND
A PORTION OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE
16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Zone 12F of Sub-Paragraph (1) of Section 4-18 of
Article I of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, 1962, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Sub-Paragraph (4). of Section 4-18 of Article I of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to add thereto Zone 14B to read as follows:
(4) For classification Section 4-26 (b) only:
ZONE 1413: Consisting of the following described property:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block A, Drew Heights, according to the map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 101 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Section 3. Sub-Paragraph (91 of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of 'Ordinances of the City of Clearwater. Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to' add thereto Zone 191 to read as follows:
(9) For classification Section 4-26 (c):
ZONE 19J: Consisting of the following described property:
A portion of Section 14, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida, described as: Begin at NW corner
of Gulf to Bay and Venus Avenue, run West 110 feet, North
150 feet, East 110 feet, South 150 feet to Point of Beginning.
Section 4. Sub-Paragraph (12). of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to add thereto Zones 24, 25 and 26 to read as follows:
(12) For classifications Section 4-26 (b) and (c).;
ZONE 24: Consisting of the following described property:
Begin at the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 16, Township
29 South, Range 16 East, run easterly along the East and West
Center Line of Section 16 a distance of 2, 030 feet to a point;
thence run S 8° 1215611 E a distance of 24. 53 feet to a point,
said point being on the South boundary line of Gulf to Bay Blvd. ;
run thence N 89° 5614711 E along the South boundary line of Gulf
to Bay',Blvd. a distance of 300 feet to a point, said point being
the P. O. B. ; thence run S 0 ° 03113" E, a distance of 90 feet more
or less to the present high-water mark of Old Tampa Bay; run
thence Easterly along the present high-water mark of Old Tampa
