WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Fred E. Snook and Sara L. Snook, his wife,
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described,
owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida;
and ,
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting bold on July 20, 1970, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to '

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY

Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a
proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d)

hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following

to.the map or plat Ciereof as recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 15 01 the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
and that portion of State Road 5-588 right of way lying
North of Lots 6, 7 and 8, Pinellas Groves in the Southwest
1/4 of Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 3, page 15 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
F.alprida, Together with all abutting streets.
