received a sworn petition from Nationwide Land Corporation requesting the''

City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on July 6, 1970; ?4oterl
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to a
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination,.->»d. establishment of
zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex r'
said parcel of real estate: into the corporate limit--- of the (city of Clearwater
in. accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter m?

WHEREAS, on August-.17, 1970, the City Commission of the City of

NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISS10N OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a
proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting; by acid through its
City Commission, by the autliprity and under the provisions of Section 6' (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
The East 112 of Loo 9, North 360 feet M. 0. L. of the West
l /2, of Lot 10, North 400, feet M. O. L. of the East 1;/ 2 of
Lot 10 and t:he South 190 feet M. O. L. of the W cst 51 feet.

Southeast 1/4, Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16
Fast, as shown on the map or plat thereof as. recorded in
f Plat'Eook 1, page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, being more particularly described as:
Begin at the Southwest corner of thr, Northwest 1/4 of the

Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according
