WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Alice M. Ogden requesting the City to annex
a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by her, into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Sue L. Smith, a widow, requesting the
City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by her, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from William A. Savell and Irene Savell, his
wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Alice M. Ogden requesting the City to annex
a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by her, into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Sue L. Smith, a widow, requesting the

zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcel of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1970, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a
proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 6, Block B and Lot 3 and East 50 feet of Lot 2,
Block C, Bonair Hill Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 26, page 108 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, together with all
abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned 1`1R-lD11
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.

recorded in Plat Book 30, page 41 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with
all'abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-ID'S

to law accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas,
places, rights of way and other dedications to the public which have here-

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Alice M. Ogden requesting; the City to annex
a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by her, into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Sue L. Smith, a widow, requesting the
City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by her, into tho corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Willian A. Savell and Irene Savell, his
wife, requesting the City to annex: a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on June 15, 1970, voted
unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of

NOW, TBER)EFORI_, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAAWATI R, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a
proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by amd through its
City Commission, by the authority and tinder the provisions of Section 6 (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of. Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in 1}inellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 6, Block B and Lot 3 and Last 50 feet of Lot 2,
Block C, Bonair I-Jill Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Boole 26, page 108 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, together with all
abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-11)"
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District•No. 2.
AND
Lot 2, Block 2, I-lighland Dines Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 30, page 41 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, ]Florida, together with
all. abutting streets.
The•above described property is hereby zoned "R-1D"
(Single Family) and designated as fire District No, 2.
