Section 1. Section 13-44, Fencing Required, of Division 2, Junk-

of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 13-44. Fencing required.
The entire premises used for carrying on the business of junk
dealing shall be so covered, fenced and surrounded as to make
the same waterproof and mosquito proof and to prevent an
unsightly appearance, and such buildings or structures and
fences shall be maintained in good condition at all times, such
fence to be a tight and solid fence, constructed of new material,
painted, and shall be not less than seven feet (71) nor more than
ten feet (101) in height, and shall be landscaped with suitable
shrubbery approved by the City. All fences shall be high
enough to conceal from view any property or material that
is stored in any junk yard and in no event shall any motor
vehicles or partial motor vehicles be stacked or stored more
then two (2) vehicles high and shall only be stacked or stored
in a horizontal rather than a vertical manner. Any dismantling
of motor vehicles shall be performed only during the hours of
8 A. M. to 6 P. M. any day and shall be prohibited on Sunday.
It shall be the duty of the City License Inspector, before
issuing or reissuing or transferring licenses provided for
herein, to see that the premises designated in the application
comply with the provisions hereof.

Dealers, of Chapter 13, Licenses and Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 13-44. Fencing required.
The entire premises used for carrying on the business of junk

Section 2. Any person, organization, society, association or
corporation, or any agent or representative thereof who shall violate any
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject, upon conviction in the Municipal
Court, to a fine not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00),
or imprisonment in the City Jail for not,exceeding sixty (60) days, or by
both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the, extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any aprt thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.

WHEREAS, on March 2, 1970, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a
proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,.
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following

WHEREAS, on March 2, 1970, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, hold a public hearing for the
deterrnination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a.
proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor: •
Lots 3, 4 and 17, Block 17, and Lots 3 and 5, Block 19,
Third Addition to Highland Pines, according to the map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, page 71, of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together
with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-ID'S
(Single Family)' and designated as Fire District No. Z.
AND
Lot 16, Block C, Meadow Creek Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 36, page 26 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; and that portion of Beverly Circle North
lying South of Lots 15 and 16, Block C of said Meadow Creek
Subdivision.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-1B"
(Single Familyl and designated as Fire District No. 2.
AND
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 50 and
