of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain,
proposed changes to the zoning ordinance and zoning map of the City of
Clearwater in accordance with procedure as established and said hearing
on certain proposed changes to the Zoning Map was continued until;October
20, 1969, and thereupon completed; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning map were
approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence
presented at the continued public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Section 1, The following described property in Clear%-a.ter, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated and "The Zoning; ` 3=
Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 196911, as amended, is amended,_
to indicate that fact as herein set out:
Zoned as R-4D - Multiple Dwelling, Hotel, Motel, Apartment House a
Lot 13, Block F, Gulf to Bay Acres, First Addition,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in ' f
Plat Book 52, page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida..
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.

Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.

Section 4. Any person or persons, firm or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court,
be fined not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or
imprisonment in the City Jail for not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by
both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate
offense.
Section 5. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning map of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 6. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
