AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SUB-PARAGRAPHS (5) AND
(9) OF SECTION 4-16 OF ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER
4 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF,
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO
INTOXICATING LIQUORS BY ENACTING NEW ZONE
15B WHERE CLASSIFICATIONS SECTION 4-26 (a)
(1), (2), (3) AND (4) AND SECTION 4-26 (b), (c) AND
(d) AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CHAPTER CAN BE SOLD,
SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION
17, 'T'OWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA% AND NEW ZONE 19H WHERE
CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (c) AS DESCRIBED IN
SAID CHANTER CAN BE SOLD, SAID ZONE CONSISTING
OF A PORTION OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH,
RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Sub-Paragraph (5) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of
Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
1962, is hereby amended to add thereto Zone 15B to read as follows;
(5) For classifications Section 4-26 (a) (1), (2), (3) and (4)
and Section 4-26 (b), (c) and (d):
ZONE 15B: Consisting of the following described property:
From the Southwest corner of Section 17, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, run S 88057'02' E, along the section line, 100. 00
feet; thence run N 0100310411 E, along the easterly right of way
line of U. S. Highway 19,' 1, 916. 61 feet for a P. O. B.; thence
continue N 0100310411 E, 622. 19 feet; thence run N 45oZ413211 E,
on said right of way line, 143. 00 feet; thence run N 8904610110 E,
along the southerly right of way line of Gulf to Bay Boulevard
(State Road 60), said line being 50 feet southerly of and
parallel to the East-West center line of said Section 17, 487. 35
feet; thence run S 0100824711 W, along that certain line described
in Q. R. Book 2171, page 617, Public Records of Pinellas County, .
Florida, 724. 72 feet; thence run N 89059'1811 W, 586, 09 feet to
the P. O. B.
Section Z. Sub-Paragraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
