WT1E)2EAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater', Florida,
received a sworn petition from Richard L. Kamensky, as Trustee, requesting
the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by him,. into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on March 17, 1969, voted.
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an c'rdinance to annex
said parcel of real estate into the corporate limit's of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1969, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property, and said hearing was continued until October 6, 1969,
and thereupon completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIIDA;

public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority axid wider (lie provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said .City of Clearwater and t)ia haws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district class ificatioils therefor:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 114 of Section 1,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, together with all
abutting unincorporated road right of way.
The above described property is hereby zoned '1`11-41311
(Multi.-Fanzily) and designated as Fire ]District No. 2.,
'Section 2. The City Commission hereby formally and according to law
accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights
of way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by
plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning Director
are directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning map and
other official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the foregoing property
and the zoning and fire district dlassifications therefor,
Section. 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and enrollr:ient in.the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book
and a•certified copy thereof being recorded in, the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court- of Pinellas County, Florida.
